  1. The initial deposit ( 30% cost of goods ) reserves your event date.

  2. Deposit is non refundable.

  3. Changes of event date are subject to availability. 

  4. The balance of payment is due anytime up to 1 week before the event date and can be paid in person, via bank transfer or Paypal. We are not able to collect the balance due on the day of event in any circumstances.

  5. If the balance due has not been paid up to 3 days before the event, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  6. Prices are calculated based on the size of the cake and the style and design. Prices quoted are non negotiable.

  7.  Changes cannot be made to the design, size or flavour after 2 weeks prior to the date.

  8. Little Topper Cakes is not responsible for any damage caused to the cake once it has been set up at the venue / or after it has been collected. We advise delivery for wedding cakes where possible to ensure every care is taken to get it to venue safely.

  9. Although this is highly unlikely, if there is a problem with the cake, Little Topper Cakes must be notified immediately by the client or the event coordinator. We will be unable to rectify any problems days/weeks after the event, or if the cake has been served and eaten.

  10. Delivery/set up charges apply. Charges are based on distance from the bakery in Wilkinstown, Navan Co. Meath and any tolls throughout.

  11. We require security deposits for the use of cake stands or props. This will be refunded on safe return of the cake stands within 1 week of use. If we have to collect stands (unless previously agreed) or replace broken items, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

  12. We will provide allergen information directly to the customer at time of booking. Please make any guests who may have food allergies aware of the listed allergens.
