Niamh Curran has worked in the food industry for over 10 years. She set up Little Topper Cakes in 2013 to pursue her passion in baking and cake design.
Working from her custom commercial kitchen unit in Wilkinstown, Navan, Co. Meath, she bakes all her cakes from scratch, using local and free range where possible. She specialises in wedding and occasion cakes but also makes handcrafted confections to order.
Recently, shes been working on a new plant-based range to cater to vegans and people with egg and dairy intolerance. She has a gluten free range ongoing.
She has been recognised for her talents and has won the Overall Award for Best New Business in the 2014 Style Awards, followed by Top 3 Best in Bridal in the Style Awards in 2015 for wedding cake design and a further nomination for the Bride's Choice Awards 'Best Wedding Cake Designer' in 2017.
